ARC is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management (Delivery Platform) to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing a standardized capability that commercializes ARC’s data assets and delivers value-added features for enriched data programs. This capability spans ARC’s data products across multiple customer markets, including Airlines, Agencies, DMOs, Airports, Governments, and new markets. The Senior Manager owns the Discovery Point delivery platform and expands delivery capabilities with flexible options such as UI, APIs, Snowflake share, and file feeds. You will apply strong product management fundamentals and technical expertise to lead and mentor product managers, product owners, and analysts. Additionally, this role is responsible for driving cross-functional efforts to consolidate products, increase adoption, and address customer needs, while applying expertise in APIs, UI development, and best practices for new product releases. This role will define the lifecycle strategy and vision for the Delivery Platform, manage and grow the capability alongside core products, and partner with the Director, Product Management to manage the P&L. The Senior Manager oversees delivery functionality across customer groups and internal stakeholders, contributes to industry initiatives that shape data exchange with ARC systems, and leads all aspects of product management, from roadmaps to implementation and cross-functional team leadership. They collaborate closely with stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure products achieve strategic goals and deliver measurable business value.

What You'll Get to Do:

  1. Manage the entire life cycle from strategic planning to budgeting, define the product roadmap, guide the delivery team, and deploy solutions to customers.
  2. Manage the product P&L including product revenue and expense forecasting, industry value propositions and continuous review of profit and loss with re-forecasting when necessary.
  3. Work with product marketing and other internal stakeholders when necessary to define the go-to-market strategy, providing guidance on the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers.
  4. Convey the delivery platform or product modules vision and priorities to the Product Owner to ensure a common understanding of the needs of the product; work with Product Owners and delivery teams to prioritize product features for inclusion in build roadmaps.
  5. Keep abreast of changes within the travel industry to anticipate changes impacting our customers and opportunities for ARC to enhance products or provide new products and services.
  6. Seek opportunities to optimize industry policies, processes, and procedures and incorporate associated changes into ARC products.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in airline and agency data, data partnerships or technical consulting, with an established record of delivering complex travel data solutions.
  • Ability to translate global data challenges into scalable solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple partner groups to design data delivery models that create measurable business impact for ARC customers.
  • Rapidly build deep knowledge of ARC customers, users and processes, applying that knowledge to develop and manage new and existing products and services.
  • Own the P&L for assigned products and opportunity areas, including revenue, cost, and profit targets.
  • Drive successful, iterative product launches in close collaboration with Product Development, Operations, Marketing and Customer Success stakeholders.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services, APIs, and ARC’s technical product development architectures.
  • Expertise in product release strategies and operational readiness, including developing plans and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer business processes, optimize them and ensure product flows support and enhance those processes.
