ARC is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Pricing Analytics) to join our team! This role uses expertise in airline commercial data to play a pivotal role in advancing ARC’s mission to shape the future of global airline commerce. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex airline commercial data to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support the development of innovative data products. This role requires a strong understanding of airline revenue management, pricing and product strategies, to inform both internal decision-making and customer-facing insights. You will work cross-functionally with product, technical, and customer-facing teams to ensure ARC's data products remain competitive and relevant. Through rigorous analysis and thoughtful experimentation, the role will support product strategy, competitive benchmarking, and the ongoing evolution of ARC's data offerings.

What You'll Get to Do:

  1. Support the development and application of commercial data ingestion standards and contribute to the collection and analysis of airline sales data to inform Airline Revenue Management, Network Planning, and Sales functions. Analyze detailed transaction data to identify trends, detect gaps, and benchmark commercial airline performance across carriers, markets, and product types.

  2. Contribute to airline-related and other commercial data products by validating outputs and identifying new value propositions.

  3. Design and execute business-focused experiments and use case testing to inform and support product development and evolution.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, analysts, developers, sales and customer engagement teams, to drive alignment and execution.

  5. Develop and deliver clear and concise summaries and visualizations of findings tailored to internal stakeholders, airline customers and executives.

  6. Package and present insights for customer delivery, executive briefings, and strategic discussions to senior management

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in in an analytical, strategic, or related field required; bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, or computer science or direct experience in airline commercial departments like Revenue Management/Pricing, Network Planning strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience required; seven or more years preferred.

  • Demonstrated expertise in applied statistical or numerical analysis, working with both large and small datasets.

  • Proven experience in conducting data analysis and research to support business decision-making.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and data environments.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is preferred.

  • Proficient in technical tools such as SQL and Snowflake; ability to learn and apply new platforms and tools is expected.

  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of ARC’s customers, their business processes, and apply that knowledge to support the management of new and existing products and services.

  • Experience in the airline industry, with a demonstrated ability to use airline commercial data to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.
