ARC is looking for a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to develop, manage, and drive ARC’s learning and development strategy to strengthen people and organizational capabilities and performance. In this role you will deliver an exceptional development and learning program that provides thought leadership through a variety of learning tools and solutions and can adapt to meet changing business, talent and skills needs. You will influence the adoption of a learning culture in which teammates feel equipped, encouraged and empowered to pursue growth opportunities and uplift employee experience. You will effectively communicate the strategy, initiatives, and how employees will use the tools and resources available. You will measure the success of L&D programs to understand the return on investment.

What You'll Get to Do:

  1. Create and execute the overall learning and talent development strategy for both people leaders and individual contributors to support individual, team and organizational growth. Utilize instructional design and adult learning principles to develop and implement a variety of learning programs and manage them as a product portfolio; ensure alignment with competency models and organizational goals and leveraging technology to broaden the blended learning experience.
  2. Develop and implement a career pathing program with development plans to guide employees in their career journey at ARC. Provide career coaching and guidance to employees.
  3. Develop talent profiles, assessments, and individual development plans to support organizational succession planning.
  4. Create development programs for new and emerging leaders and facilitate training programs of leadership and professional curriculums for employees at all levels of the company.
  5. Direct the assessment of skill gaps or training needs, the creation of training content or materials, and the coordination and delivery of training sessions.
  6. Analyze and address systemic gaps in the organizational capability required to achieve our strategic business objectives. Work with managers to design and implement training and development for teams specific to functional areas.
  7. Contract with external vendors for employee participation in outside training programs. Evaluate and select HR-related vendors or service providers as necessary.
  8. Oversee reporting on training successes and improvements needed and track key business indicators to determine the effectiveness of current training and development programs.
  9. Manage the LMS system and develop the curriculums within the tool.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent work experience considered
  • Expert-level knowledge of adult learning theory with at least 7 years of experience leading Learning & Development or Talent Management teams in transformative environments
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable learning and development programming that measurably facilitated the achievement of business objectives
  • Leadership development expert - deliver curriculum that prepares leaders to engage and grow their teams while transforming the company
  • Able to skillfully influence leaders at all levels, peers, internal and external partners to promote ideas in ways that build trust, confidence.
  • Can take broad concepts and develop structured plans, actions and KPI's that articulate learning program progress and effectiveness
  • Can develop reporting and analytics that inform and inspire business results
  • Strong coaching acumen
  • Has successfully implemented tools and technology (e.g. LMS) that ensure best in class learning experiences are accessible to all teammates
