ARC is looking for a Fraud Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) to monitor daily transactions, ensuring ARC customers use ARC systems and tools in compliance with the Agent Reporting Agreement (ARA), Industry Agent Handbook (IAR), and Carrier Services Agreement (CSA). You will utilize ARC’s monitoring tools—including Form of Payment review, ARC Pay daily checks, and the Early Warning Tool—to identify high-risk transactions. You'll be expected to maintain expertise in card-not-present transaction acceptance rules, with a focus on merchant risk management and compliance. Additionally, you will oversee risk monitoring to detect payment fraud, merchant risk, manipulation, and other trends that could result in financial losses for ARC and its stakeholders. This role provides support and serves as a backup for team members across the department. You will develop and implement case-specific processes to: identify, analyze, and research financial, transactional, and statistical data. As well as conduct on-site or telephonic fact-finding interviews/audits to recommend actions that mitigate financial risk for ARC travel agents, airlines, and ARC’s merchant account. As a Fraud Analyst, you will collaborate with team members, sharing insights on fraud scenarios and emerging risks to enhance awareness and strengthen ARC’s settlement system security.
